Loving the Earth & Sky: An Informal Worship and Conversation

This is the last event in our year-long program about Sufism & the Art of Loving. We will start with an informal universal worship during which we will share poetry and readings about the explicit and transcendent human love of nature and spirit. This will be framed within prayers and powerful invocations. All are invitied to bring readings and speak from the heart during the worship, and we will allow the sharing to go as long as it needs. After the worship we will take a break, then gather again for a closing zikr.

We'll open the doors at 5:00 p.m. for the worship, which will start at 5:30 p.m. After the worship we might have some closing remarks about the year's program and there will be a chance to arrange follow-up on differnt topics in small groups. Snacks will be provided during the break, you are also invited to bring food/drink to share. The closing zikrs will start around 7:30 p.m.
