About the LoveStoryJam

It’s going to be all about L-O-V-E! Our first annual LoveStoryJam will feature seven terriffic storytellers from all over the Bay area. Tellers include Kirk Waller, Dana Sherry, Jeff Byers, Dale Bolan and the delightful Nancy and Robert of Eth-Noh-Tec. And we’re going to add a name or two...

We will also have a bit of mischief in there: you can put your name in a hat and three times during the evening we'll choose a name.If you get chosen, from another hat you pick a type of story to tell -- and you have four minutes to tell it. The types could be things like a children's story, a horror story, a bawdy story or a revenge tale ... but they all have to be about L-O-V-E.

We'll open the doors at 6:30 pm, start the session at 7:00 pm and run till 9:00 pm with a break

Tickets: 
Workshop: $25 in advance for both sessions of the workshop, individual sessions $15 each.

From March to December, every month, Bay Dervish is doing a Saturday program at Rudramandir in Berkeley. Under the umbrella name Sufism & the Art of Loving, a mix of music, talks, conversations, meditations, interactive evenings.
