Notes
Mornings … pick-up from the hotels at 9:00 am, group leaves the ashram at 9:30 am
Breakfast: At the hotel, included in room fee
Lunch: Usually at 1:00 pm, at the Ashram or where the group is
Dinner: Usually at 7:00/ 7:30 pm at the Ashram; sometimes later and where the group is
Sanothimi Campus: Some of our meetings will be in this facility which is near the ashram
Heart Circle: Meditative gathering of the group, mostly silence, some readings
Night Palaver: Informal discussion/Q&A of teachers, Ashram residents and friends

3/6 -- DAY 1 Friday
· Group arrival at Kathmandu; transport provided to your hotel
· Morning & Afternoon: Assign rooms & rest
· Lunch: On your own or at Ashram
· 5:00 pm -- Meeting at Ashram with Murshid Kiran, Jeanne and Aadi: Review of the program, logistics and Heart Circles
· 7:00 pm -- Dinner at Ashram
· Evening: Welcome Celebrations + Satsang
3/7 -- DAY 2 Saturday
· Parvathy ji & Ram arrive
· Morning: Visit special pottery areas in Thimi; the Siddhikali Temple; the ancient Ganesh Temple; 16th-century Balkumari Temple
· Lunch at the Ashram, followed by alone time/rest
· Afternoon: 4:00 pm Program with GuruAmma Radhika at Ashram
· Dinner at the Ashram
· Evening: Group meets Parvathy ji; informal satsang at Ashram
· Heart Circle
3/8 -- DAY 3 Sunday
· Morning: Visit Patan Darbar Square : Patan Museum; Golden Temple; Patan Square; areas of metal-work & handicrafts
· Lunch in Patan
· Afternoon: Visit Akshaswar Bihar for a Chariya Nritya (a Newari Buddhist ritual dance performance) followed by conversation about faith and art traditions with local Buddhist scholars & artists
· Evening: 5:00 pm Program with Parvathy Ji at Sanothimi Campus
· Dinner at the Ashram
· Heart Circle / Palaver
3/9 -- DAY 4 Monday : HOLI FESTIVAL!!
· Morning: Holi Celebration at the Ashram: Special musical celebration and HOLI rituals with colors*
· Lunch at the Ashram
· Afternoon: Holi storytelling and discussion at Sanothimi Campus about Spring festival rituals, diversity, family, community, drugs, color, ecstatic release (we will invite a guest who has expertise in the ritual and tantric aspects of HOLI for this session
· Evening: A special musical gathering at Ashram with a mother’s musical group from Lubhu and other local groups who sing special kirtans and melodies
· Dinner at the Ashram
· Heart Circle / Palaver
3/10 -- DAY 5 Tuesday
· Morning: Visit the new Shiva Yoga Ashram land in Dhulikhel for a blessing ritual and musical celebration
· Special Lunch at Dhulikhel
· Afternoon: Program with the Zero’th team
· Heart Circle in Dhulikhel
· Dinner at a restaurant in Dhulikhel; early night
3/11 -- DAY 6 Wednesday
· Morning: Visit Bhaktapur Darbar Square; visit Changu Narayan Temple (oldest temple in Nepal, 4th century)
· Lunch in Bhaktapur
· Afternoon: Visit the Vajrayogini Tantrik Temple in Sankhu; alone time
· Evening: 5:00 pm Program with Murshid Kiran & Jeanne Rana
· Dinner at Ashram
· Poetry Evening
· Heart Circle / Palaver
3/12 -- DAY 7 Thursday
· All Day: 'Speaking Music, Singing Stories' Interactive sessions -- stage shows and workshops with student groups, Parvathy Ji, Murshid Kiran Rana & Jeanne Rana Ji -- at Kathmandu High School at Dhulikhel with Pushpa and Sangam, ethnomusicologist friends and part of the Zero’th Dimension
· Lunch onsite during the programs
· Free Evening
3/13 -- DAY 8 Friday
· Free Day … no group bus available
· Afternoon/Evening: Special Concert at the Nepal Tourism Board Hall
· Heart Circle
3/14 -- DAY 9 Saturday
· All Morning & Afternoon: Discussion at Bhaktapur Guest House about the group’s personal spiritual paths
· Lunch at the Ashram
· Evening: A gathering titled, ‘Music, Meditation & Humanity’ organized by Osho Acharya Mahendra at the Celebration Co-Ed School in Jorpati. We will meet with students, teachers and community; there will be 3 to 4 generations present and we will have a sharing of social, spiritual and global concerns. Followed by musical sessions and performances by the school students -- and by us.

3/15 -- DAY 10 Sunday
· Morning: At the Ashram, a Lakshya Archana, a special ritual for fulfillment of one’s personal Lakshya (goals and motivations)
· Lunch at the Ashram
· Afternoon: Visit the Boudhanath Stupa; rest/alone time
· Evening: 6:00pm special attendance at the Pashupatinath arati
· Dinner at the Ashram
· Informal conversation with teachers, followed by Heart Circle / Palaver
3/16 -- DAY 11 Monday :: Kathmandu to Pokhara
· Morning: Go to Pokhara (7:00 am - 2:00 pm); stop on the way for Lunch
· Sightseeing in Pokhara: Peace Pagoda, Boat Ride, Varahi Temple, Market Stroll
· Evening: Dinner at a restaurant or at the hotel we stay; rest/alone time/practice
3/17 -- DAY 12 Tuesday :: Pokhara to Landruk
· Morning: Go to Landruk ( 8:00 am - 11:00 am)
· Lunch in Landruk
· Afternoon: Sightseeing around Landruk looking at the Himalayan range. Landruk offers the best view of Annapurna range, sunrise and sunset, traditional Gurung culture.
· Evening: Special gathering with some villagers and mothers group
· Evening: Dinner
3/18 -- Day 13 Wednesday :: Landruk to Begnas to Kathmandu
· Morning: Landruk to Begnas (8.00 am to 11.00 am)
· Visit Begnas Lake quickly
· Special gathering at an Ashram in Begnas
· Afternoon/Evening: Travel from Begnas to Kathmandu; Dinner on the way
3/19 -- Day 14 Thursday -- Closing day
· Morning and Afternoon: Closing sessions, music, dialogues at Sanothimi Campus
· Lunch at a restaurant
· Evening: Farewell celebration and meal at Ashram
· Closing Heart Circle / Palaver
